Wilt not thou, O God - This is taken from Psalm 60:10, with no change in the Hebrew, except that the word "thou" (in the first member of the verse) is omitted.
(f) [Wilt] not [thou], O God, [who] hast cast us off? and wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?
(f) From the sixth verse of this psalm to the last, read also (Psalm 60:5).
And wilt not thou, O God, go forth with our hosts?.... In Psalm 60:10, it is, "and thou, O God, which didst not go out with our armies". See Gill on Psalm 60:10.
